This research aims to describe, among these 120 ""early career"" Maori medical graduates from the University of Otago, the pathways taken in terms of career and work, impacts on those pathways, their current support needs as Maori and how these are being met. The study will also describe the career choices and pathways and factors impacting on these choices, and the support and needs of emerging Maori development and supportive initiatives.
