The burden of living with many illnesses at once is increasingly common among Maori and treatment regularly involves the use of many medications which can be challenging in many ways. This study will explore Maori and non-Maori health provider workers perspectives on medication and related factors encountered by the whanau they work with and activities they undertake to tautoko. Their perspectives would be valuable to inform the development of innovative medication related interventions and inform training for health professionals.
