Lay summary
A bi-cultural framework has been developed to help health professionals optimise compassionate care in an acute hospital setting. This project aims to build the foundations for implementing the framework successfully in an acute hospital setting through consultation and co-design with health care professionals, patients, whānau and Kaumatua.
